Our Process
- We are certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program - NEHA-NRPP ID 106225RT and by the Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII) - Certificate#:RDN0000001885
- We follow strict criteria to ensure professional, accurate and reliable measurements
- We use one of the most commonly used radon measurement devices - continuous radon monitors - Sun Nuclear 1027

- We perform the industry standard 48-hour test using continuous radon monitors
- Our report will show hourly radon levels, potentially revealing any unusual or abnormal swings in the radon levels during the test period.
- We perform a visual radon inspection and identify any potential radon entry points in your home and recommend appropriate action for radon mitigation if high levels are found.
- You will receive a detailed Radon Inspection Report (see sample) summarizing the inspection and measurement findings and any recommended action. You will also receive a copy of EPA’s Guide to Radon. You will receive the report and results within 24 hours of the test (after devices are picked up).
- We only do testing (not mitigation) to ensure accurate and reliable measurement every time. We have no reason to recommend radon mitigation unless it is truly necessary
